"The hotel is full of character with a good location close to all the major Boston attractions. The restaurants are outstanding with some wonderful events including the Saturday Chocolate Bar. My children were in seventh heaven for the afternoon! What really makes this hotel stand out are the people. From the moment we arrived to the final check out, we could not have experienced better service. The doormen, concierge and front desk team are a delight and just made our stay even more memorable. My visit was for: leisure

Just been to stay at the Langham Boston and what an absolutely wonderful experience. First of all the hotel itself looks spectacular - from the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen well! The reception we received from being greeted at the door to the wonderfully efficient and friendly service at the reception were second to none. We were shown to our room and again the standard was exceptional. The room was sumptuous and very spacious, we were overwhelmed with the greeting card & fruit bowl and champagne left with the compliments of the management. We dined in the Julien restaurant that evening, after we had sought guidance from the Concierge (whom again I must add was an absolute delight and made us feel extremely special). The food was some of the best we have ever tasted, you have to go there to see! Again service was impeccable. All in all I have stayed in various hotels on business & pleasure and the Langham Boston is up there with one of the best I have had the great fortune to stay.
